Film Build & Application Guide

• Wet Film Thickness (WFT): 2–2.5 mils
• Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 1.5–2 mils

Recommended application:

• Apply thin coats (approx. 1.5 mil WFT per coat)
• Allow 2–4 hours between coats
  • The first coat should be dry to the touch but still tacky before recoating
• If the recoat window is missed and the surface becomes fully cured and slick, scuff with 320 grit before applying the next coat

Avoid heavy application:

• Over‑applying can cause runs or sags
• Can interfere with curing and create off‑gassing bubbles
