Application Guidelines
Recommended film thickness:
Apply in thin coats at approximately 1.5 mils WFT per coat
Target final cure thickness: 1.5–2.0 mils DFT
Recoating window:
Apply additional coats within 2–4 hours, when the previous coat is dry to the touch but still tacky
Missed recoat window:
If the surface becomes fully cured (hard and slick), scuff with 320‑grit sandpaper before recoating
Avoid heavy coats:
Excessive thickness can cause runs, sags, or off‑gassing bubbles during curing
